I go by AmarilloOso on most social media I have, and I own a 16 year old 15hh sorrel quarter horse named Durango. Really, we mostly compete in rodeos and such, but he also does pleasure shows, ranch riding shows, reining cow horse, and hunter under saddle. Although my horse is willing and a good listener, he likes to steal snacks that he shouldn't have (like that time he took my subway sandwich....and finished it), is sometimes incredibly lazy, and really hates it when strangers touch his face. The thing he really hates the most is candy canes, for some odd reason. He refuses to even go five feet within someone holding a peppermint stick or peppermint candy. He also doesn't like pears for some reason, and prefers bananas, sour apples, and figs over any healthy snack. Despite that, I love him half to death, and wouldn't give him up for any other horse in the world. @AmarilloOso Thanks so much for the ping! :) I have two questions. (sorry!) First off, is it okay that I've filled out some of the horse questions to my favorite lesson horse? Because I don't own one lol. Second, I'd love to become an admin, but...Well, I don't own a horse, so I probably don't know a lot of stuff compared to those that do. Would it still work for answering questions, or nah...?
