I have only one smirch. I do like this gene though, I might use all this cheap smirch to breed the Molten Rock earth subspecies, if I ever have enough space.

I still have the 5 I started with when smirch was introduced last year, would those be considered antiques and possibly worth more than 2 treasure?

I sold all the Smirches I had on the AH for 1 treasure because I never wanted to see them again and promptly started selling chests instead of opening them because the curse was too overwhelming.

I don't mind the gene being common/cheap, but I really wish it was a little LESS common. I got so many last year and this year I've been selling my stuff rather than risk ending up with a hoard full of useless junk smirch copies again.
