Division's Clan

The narrow primary tower of the y-quadrant observatory juts through the storm clouds above the Thunderhead Savanna. The base is cantilevered off the cliff-face of a narrow mesa, appearing precarious and fragile from a distance. Inside the tower and rock a skeleton of cables and bars anchors and balances the structure.

The only entrance is an open windy perch. A network of pulleys and scaffolding sways in the storms below, carrying resources and workers up and down the tower from one secure door or window to another.

Two Ridgebacks bark orders that echo throughout the facility. In the lower levels Origin's voice booms exasperated orders at the youngest dragons, urging them towards productivity. In the upper reaches the fussy, arrogant Corona leads the main project team of the SVUD.

At Corona's side is a dragon that seems out of place in the violent heart of the Shifting Expanse. But Eclipse and Corona share a circumstance of birth that sets them apart from all those around them. Together, they search for meaning behind their visions of a sky without a sun. They lead the restoration of the y-quadrant observatory.
