Personality:
Alex is very outgoing, willing to talk to pretty much anyone. He has a passion for learning and is more than willing to help his students study. However, he is often late to his class as he easily gets distracted, usually by his experiments.
Backstory:
Alex was born and raised in Russia. In Russia, he had become a rather respected scientist, researching Molog. He came over to America when Waystead High School offered him a job. While the school is a private school, teachers are still criminally underpaid for what their job entails. This is not a massive issue for Alex as he was raised in a family with old money. (He is new and he is a WIP). There are no magic users in his family, and he as no magic in his bloodline.

I don't have any art for him, so here is a written description:
He is 5’7 and usually opts to wear lifts in his shoes to make him seem 5’9. He has light brown hair, usually styled into a faux hawk. His eyes are a carmel brown with gold specs near the pupils. His skin is fairly tan as he spends most of his time in the ocean. He wears a necklace with a large blue scale around his neck.
When he decides to morph into his tail, it resembles the pattern of an angel fish with silver and black stripes. Scales will also appear on his forearms. There is a scar on his lower stomach from a boating accident.
Personality:
He is a typical high school student, often complaining about doing homework. He often times tries to make jokes out of situations, usually because he doesn't know how to react to them. He will often joke about his trauma as a coping mechanism.
Marc is constantly hungry, willing to eat pretty much anything. He has been caught on multiple occasions sneaking snacks into his classes.
Marcus is very protective of his friends as well.
Backstory:
Around 25 years ago (he would have been about 12 years old in human years), Marcus and his mother were swimming around in the ocean, playing with the fish. Neither of them noticed the fishing boat coming towards them. Marc got swept into the current of the rudders of the boat, the blade slicing his stomach. His mother was able to pull him out before he got injured worse. Unfortunately, his mother was not able to escape her fate.
As Molog began spending across the world, the oceans became contaminated. Marc's father decided it was safer to send his son to Waystead High School to keep him protected.

Mindreading: Ever since she was turned to a vampire, her mind has been constantly flooded with voices. She is unable to turn this ability off.

Shadow Control: She is able to control shadows, change their shape, solidify them. She can move where shadows appear and use the shadows to hide herself or other objects.

She has long black hair, reaching her mid back that she usually has pulled into a ponytail. Her skin is extremely pale due to the lack of blood in her system. She usually opts into wearing blush and lipstick, to try and bring color to her face. She has grey eyes with blue specks around the iris.
Personality:
She is usually softspoken, keeping to her herself. Being turned didn't help. Though, once you get to know her, she will be very outspoke, much like a typical intovert.
She's a redo of an old character, so I'mstill trying to figure her out.
Backstory:
She comes from a long line of shadow mages and was going to go to this school anyway. Shortly after her 16th birthday, she was at a house party with her now ex boyfriend. Her ex was trying to show off to his friends. He ended up biting her neck, turning her in the middle of the party. She had never wanted to turn into a vampire.
After she was turned, she broke up with him, storming out of the house to go pack her bags, ready to leave for school as soon as possible.
