Stargazer had created an exceptional hideout as she watched Blizzard sharpen her golden claws. The pearlcatcher was definitely worth at least trying to befriend her. Leaving Blizzard to do whatever she wanted, Stargazer perked her ears up at the sound of the fae. A ghost? Well, nothing she couldn't handle. Soaring in the air, she spotted the strange fae below her. Thumping in front of her, she questioned, "Do you really think you'll win? Being a ghost won't stop any dragon from slaying you."

Alkazdt sat back on his haunches, slightly embarrassed at his earlier jump to conclusions. Not that he'd ever outwardly show that embarrassment. He looked around at the other dragons that had gathered. It seemed the only Skycats here so far were the Spiral he'd talked to, a Skydancer who was currently spouting complete nonsense, and a ghost - the rest of the dragons were from his tribe. The only dragon that seemed worrisome so far was the boastful Spiral. Al stepped over to join his... friends.

Stargazer hid her amusement at the fae's ignorance. She had at least studied each dragon, Hellhound and Skycat at least once. "Hellhound." She sliced a small cut on her paw. She smugly looked at the fae, waiting for her reaction at the black blood oozing out of the minuscule cut. "I already know you're a Skycat. And mind that fact, that hatchling [i]will[/i] be the death of the Skycats."

I smiled, keeping my steady gaze on her face. "Oh, I know you do." I smiled wider, keeping my talons at my sides rather than losing my temper. Don't show your feelings, even when you're about to kill someone. My mother's words echoed in my head as I looked around at the dragons around. Obviously, we're outnumbered, but I know some things others don't, I'm pretty sure. I can tell the Spiral's words probably partially rattled some of the Hellhounds. Good. "Well, I guess I'll see you later. Hope you have good luck, because I'm pretty sure we won't be giving up without a fight." I waved my talon at her and floated off cheerily.

Although she was not one for open conversation, she decided to join the gathering of dragons discussing the birth of the holy child. "May I ask what we are all discussing?" she asked the group. Ahara new if this child were to be safe she would need to work together with other dragons to assure the child's safety.

Stargazer leaned forward, triumphant. "But in the meantime, you'll be helping us fight."
