Magnesium nodded his head thoughtfully.
"Okay. Sounds good by me!"
He turned to the new coatl.
"So, what do you think of this whole affair so far?"
@Detroness I'll make it small next time but thank you ^^ :>

"Another Mafia game..." Obsidian muttered to himself as he followed the others. "Let's hope this one lasts longer."
He listened politely as the two Faes introduced themselves. So they could only ask the two of them one question total? Since it was only the first day, there wasn't really much to ask. Well, not much that could help them out in the long run, once the bloodbath got started. And Obsidian knew that because come on, this was a mafia game, and mafia games always turned into bloodbaths sooner or later.
Let's see, let's see... Seafoam the Snapper (who totally didn't look anything like seafoam at all) and Magnesium (cool name!) and Vido (rhymes with Speedo heh heh) had already asked most of the good questions. But Obsidian didn't want to waste a day. What could he... No. Wait. He knew the perfect question to ask. Now he just had to phrase it in a way that didn't make the participants and NPCs aware that they were all in a mafia game and the majority of them would most likely die.
Fortunately Obsidian always had a flair for the theatrical.
"Good evening ladies," he said as he tipped his fedora to Dawn and Dusk. "I must say, this is a mighty fine lair you've got here. Give your clan leader Detroness my compliments. I also gotta thank you for inviting me to this awesome RoR party - I've always liked the way the glowshrooms shine at night. Of course it's always night here, but never mind that fact." He gave a conspiratorial wink. "But of course, Shadow Flight wouldn't be Shadow Flight without its own fair share of tricks and troubles. So tell me," Obsidian said, speaking in a stage whisper that echoed throughout the room. "Aside from the spooks and ghouls outside, what other dangers do we have to fear from the Tangled Wood and from ourselves?"

A sharp 'Ahem!' choked the air between the two sisters, and Dusk realized her error.
"I should clarify this; if you are a Trick, then you already know who your fellow Tricks are." Dawn supplied, before looking back at her sister and communicating a silent bicker.

Vido fidgeted with scarf, and thought over the question he was just asked. "Well," He began, "It's kind of weird, I have to say. But perhaps this will be fun! To be honest, I don't understand everything, but I'm sure all will be clearer as we progress." He gave an awkward smile to the coatl.

Pezzo stayed silent in the corner for a bit, then blurted out, " Um, I-Is there any death going to be occurring? If so, why?????" His deep voice inquired as his heavy tail swished back and forht in a nervous motion. His familiar climbed onto his back, and peeked at the other familiars near her. ( the NP and the person before me. )

The two looked at each, fins twitching in silent conversation before replying to Obsidian. "Avoid Requiem when he's looking grouchy, he's quite temperamental." Dawn advised.
"For all his worth as a scout, he should learn the useful skill of self control. If you see other members of the clan giving him a wide berth, you should do the same," Dusk added, "He's even attacked Detroness once because he had his tail in a tighter knot than usual that eve."
