Amber told the thing about eating to her friends, and Sara cursed. "Oh my, I completely forgot! Let's go. She opened the the door of the restraunt and we all walked in. The roof was extremely high, and it had chandeliers in it. The tables were marble, and the chairs were leather. Ashe was already having a hard time adjusting to human life, this might make it harder on him, so she was going to sit and next to him, and whisper things into his ear. When they all got seated, they got handed the menu, and Amber day trying to explain it to Ashe. When the menus were taken up, the room was silent. Then Derrick broke the silence. "Amber, is that really you? You don't look the same." She felt upset, but she tried not to show it. "Yeah Derrick, it's me. My appearance changed over a year...." She looked at them and smiled. She wasn't going to tell them that she had been turned, only that he had bitten her just for blood. "Well where have you been all this time?" That was a hard question. "I passed out mid attack then I woke up in the forest. That's where I met Ashe. He was just in the area, and he stopped and helped me." Ashe was going to have to say something, because technically that was how they met.

Amber smiled because that was exactly what she wanted him to say. "I'm really glad that I got to see you again. I was kind of scared that you wouldn't want to talk to me." She saw another one of her friends,who rarely talked, look up at her, then say. "You still left us for a year. Of course we'd want to see you again!" The girl, whose name was Sam/Samantha, (she hated it when people called her Samantha) smiled at Amber. "Thanks Sam." After a while, their food came out on fancy platters, with silverware and drinking glasses. Oh no, Ashe was doomed. She quickly nudged Ashe with her arm, then used all of her silverware, so he wouldn't embarrass himself. She also took a sip from the her glass.

Amber smiled at Ashe. He was doing very good at acting human. After around an hour had passed, the food was gone, and everyone was full. "Ok, Amber, we need to get back together soon!" Amber nodded when Mercy said this. "I'd love to!" They paid the bill, then walked out of the restaurant. They all turned and went their separate ways. "So, Ashe. What did you think of my friends?" All of them used to be together around everyday. "You might have to share me." She winked at him while holding his hand. "Oh yeah, and I think that they like you. In that case, They approve of us dating." She leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. "Also, you acted like a normal human, I'm very proud of you." Once they returned home, she walked into the kitchen, opened the fridge. She pulled out two sodas. She then walked into the main room, put one of them on the table, then popped the top of it, and started to drink. "Hey Ashe, you've never had soda before, right? Here, I got you one." She was waving him towards the couch. "Be careful though, It's full of sugar and caffeine. If you drink too many, you'll be up all night."

Amber laughed at the way he reacted to it at first. Then as he started to drink more, she saw him ease into it. "You really seem to like human life so far." She smiled as she recalled how he had loved the bed, food, and now the drinks. "Hey while we were out, I told Sam that I lost my phone in the forest, and she works at a phone company part-time. She managed to get us a few phones." She tossed him one of the two phones, and then felt hers buzzing. "Wait, one second." She walked into the kitchen, then answered the phone. "Hello? Oh, hey Isaac! Umm, sure? Wait one second."She put her hand over the speaker and walked back into the living room. "Hey Ashe, is it ok if I go to the movies with Sam and Isaac tonight?" She took her hand off of the phone. "Hey Isaac, I'll call you back when I get an answer, ok?" She then hung up the phone. She went to sit on the couch. "Luckily we have a few days until I have to call him back."

She laughed at how he reacted to the phone. "It carries your voice through it, so you can talk to people, even if they're far away. The phone. That's what it does." She smiled at him and then stood up. "Well, then that's great, I'll call Isaac again." She took out her phone, pushed a few buttons, then walked into the kitchen again. "Hey Isaac, Yeah I'd love to go to the movies with you and Sam. Wait, what? Oh well, Ok. Umm, I'll text it to you. Ok, Bye." She then pushed another button and hung up. "Ugh, Isaac said that he was just waiting on me to respond, so now we're going to the movies soon. Now I have to get ready." She sighed, then walked back into the bedroom to get a different set of clothes. Now Isaac is a movie critic, so he only takes us to nice movies, which means that this is probably a movie premier. Now she had to wear something nice. She grabbed a nice dress that she bought, along with matching heels, of course. And walked to the bathroom to change once again. This dress was black, short, and the top was covered in small gemstones. The heels were black too, and had a leather bow in the back. She then proceeded to curl her hair for the next half hour. It was just wavy though, and that's what she wanted. She then put on light makeup (Especially concealer so she could put her hair up in a side ponytail, and not worry about them seeing her bite marks.) She walked out of the room, also holding a matching handbag, (Black, Gemstones, You get it.) She sat back down on the couch, She then texted Isaac her Address, so he could come pick her up. Exactly 20 minutes later someone knocked at the door. Amber got back up, walked to the door, and opened the door. Isaac was a flirt towards her, so she just hoped that Ashe wouldn't get mad at what he does. The first thing she saw was Isaac, wearing a suit, with a flower in his hand. "Mademoiselle. You look beautiful." He offered her the rose and she accepted it. "Why thank you Isaac." She knew that he was toning it up to make Ashe jealous, and she was going to play along. The then looked into his eyes and she saw that mischievous glint in his eye that meant no good. He wanted her to mess with Ashe, and it wasn't a bad idea, he had texted her the plan. As long as I told a good enough lie, Isaac would be happy. But I was going to tell Ashe the truth, which would cause an even bigger reaction from him. He winked at me and I nodded. Isaac bent down and kissed my hand, and he looked up at me. He smiled, which meant that Ashe was watching. I then invited him inside. He said that Sam would meet us here. We walked to the living room, and I looked at Ashe. "Oh, I guess I should explain.. Before I went missing, Isaac was my boyfriend, and we never technically broke up." She waited for a reaction, but from the look in Isaac's eyes, She knew that she had struck the jackpot.
