The arguement of yesterday was forgotten in favor of exploring the new jungle paths with only the goal of getting further into the jungle.
"What do you think the Gladekeeper is like?" Birch asked her brother as she peered up through the leaves overhead as best she could, "I mean she can't be like the Arcanist."
"Probably not nearly as scatterbrained as him," Felar adjusted his armor and considered it, "I don't know, honestly, for our alliances with Nature clans we don't know much about her."
"Right? Like at home we're like 'Thanks Arcanist'. He's almost more a weird and eccentric uncle than our deity."
Felar's wolf shoved her head into a bush before backing away with a growl, both dragons turned to look but after a moment let it go.
"I guess, with luck, we'll find out."

Skins are equippable items that can be worn like a coat of paint on top of the skin of your dragon. The look of the skin will not be passed onto offspring and may be unequipped at any time. (Designed by limeypie.)

Uriel sighed, shaking off his foot from tripping over yet another vine or root - some type of foliage.
He and Orchid had been making some pretty good progress into the Gladeveins - at least he was pretty sure that's where he was; it didn't have the sweet flowery scent or feel that the Gardens had - when they reached a dead end. Again.
Feeling all sorts of humiliation and unease at being somewhere so unfamiliar and pretty lost at that point, he had turned around and, with Orchid's help, went with every intention of just giving up and heading home.
Except... well... what if he did make it through? What if he did reach the end?
After hesitating a moment, with a few encouraging brushes from Orchid, he decided to give it another go; At least there didn't seem to be many different intersections on this path through the Gladeveins...

(Uriel got lucky that it was basically a straight shot down through the Gladeveins from where he was! I was honestly expecting my poor boy to have to walk through the entire Gardens again to find another entrance.)
These insects are adept at disguising among patches of flowers. They are so adept that other petal jumpers may conceal themselves among their own kind by mistake.
