Happy to hear another update! :3 I've never been a lore kinda guy, so i have no opinion on that front xD

I feel obligated to apologize for how long this has taken; It’s been nearly 4 months since I’ve last updated. I didn’t want to constantly post updates that said “I haven’t made any lore progress”, since I was worried that it would demotivate me. Felt like it would be appropriate to update early this time instead of updating late. Despite how long it’s taken, though, I’ve finished the last two monarch’s lore! What ended up helping the most was a mostly unrelated challenge I’ve undertaken to finish [i]all[/i] of my lair, all genes, outfits, and lore, and these guys happened to be dragons that needed lore! It’s a bit of a strange feeling, actually? This is the first time I’ve completed any sort of project on Flight Rising, and also maybe ever, haha. I started this project all the way back in 2017, before I even started college. I’ve been working on this for over 2 and a half years, and now it’s just… over. I’d mentioned earlier that I wanted to make the final update a little bit bigger than my normal ones - thanking as many people as I could for contributing, showing off some of the dragons that were hatched during the 2018 mass hatches, etc. I’ve also considered extending the project, whether it be by trying to get art or adopts for the monarchs, or by focusing on things for the lineage project more than the monarchs themselves. I’ve kinda decided against both of those; I’ve finished what I set out to do and don’t feel the need to extend this past that. Of course, I’m absolutely grateful to everyone who’s contributed at all! Whether you’ve donated eggs or genes or apparel, or helped with scries or outfits or ideas, it means a lot to me that you were willing to help. Even if you just put yourself on the pinglist and never even looked at any of the progress updates - the fact that people actually looked at this project and thought it was worth keeping up with motivated me. I genuinely didn’t expect to finish the very first mass hatch, let alone buy up 240 eggs, breedchange, gene, dress up, and write lore for 8 g1s, and start a legacy project that people not only bought dragons for, but also went back and registered dragons with! My very first progress update had 5 people on the pinglist, and now it has 34 people on it, and there’s even more people keeping updated with the lineage project itself! I’m incredibly grateful to every single person who’s kept up with this project, whether you’ve been here since the beginning or hopped on the bandwagon later. Of course, just because this project has come to an end, doesn’t mean I’m finished yet! There’s still [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/baz/2651510]the lineage project itself[/url], which will be up and running for as long as I can manage it. I’ve got plans for events I’m hoping to do over there, only some of which I’ve discussed on this thread, so go get put on a pinglist if you want to be notified about that! Like I mentioned earlier, I’m also currently doing a challenge I made for myself, which I might turn into a public challenge that anyone could do? Thank you for taking us along the journey! :D It is always a weird feeling when you finish a project, especially a bit one like this one! Congratulations all around!! The end of an era! This project has been super inspiring and I greatly admire that you've managed to carry it through to the end--- those were some huge mass hatches and all the Kings and Queens look so lovely!
