Seems intentional, I did a reverse image search and the original owner seems to be @ColorfulCredit, who has at least one other dragon with art for sale at that price.

I accidentally sold a beloved dragon who was a gift from an old friend who disappeared from the internet. His name is Bhaluka (ID #28611372) and he didn't have a familiar to keep him from being an option to list because a friend just got done leveling him for me, and the lag on the site made me select him when I tried to select the dragons below him. :( He was exalted immediately after being bought.

I already contacted the person who bought all my other adult dragons at the same time, who is in the Plague flight, but they said he's not on their list of dragons to restore. I'd gladly pay whatever fees are associated with bringing him back, plus more, if whoever exalted him could return an important dragon to me.

Okay, wild idea... if they have an inflight raffle, they have a spreadsheet.
If you know at what time the dragon was sold/exalted, you could compare to the sheet and see who exalted a level XX dragon during that timeframe?

You could contact plague's sheet-manager to help out :) Good luck

@beepboopitsme I tried that and long story short they don't keep records like that plus they don't feel comfortable in looking who was it and that it's all up to the person who exalted to bring the dragon back
