I have a pair of Gen1's that I'm especially attached to because I got both eggs on the same day by [b]gathering[/b] of all things. That day also just happened to be the birthday of two people I'm close to... AND I scatter scrolled both of them and got great colors that work quite well with each other as a pair!
It was a really lucky day for flight rising, so I still think very fondly of them, and I want to know if people have similar experiences! Gen1s with lucky colors, cool dragons from the AH for the cheapest price, etc?

I think I feel the luckiest with my short and really successful scatter journeys for my two clanbound auras, 2 for vampire and 4 for the XXY :>

Also of course my boy I literally named lucky for hatching a natural primal for the FR 10th Anniversary. I did scatter him a few times, so he could have been luckier lmao, but the primal was too powerful to pass up.

I wanted to create this breeding pair, so I needed two dragons with Phthalo|Phthalo|Coral.
I figured it would take a little while of checking the AH each day to get the dragons. (For example, if I check the AH right now there are no dragons for sale with those colors)
But I was so lucky the day I decided I wanted to create this breeding pair! When I checked the AH, there were two completely unrelated hatchlings, male and female, with the exact colors I needed! And their ready to breed dates are within a day of each other!
I snatched them up and gened my pair. They will breed tomorrow <3

My luckiest is probably my boy Daniel. He’s lead/shadow/obsidian, and I hatched him on Christmas! He’s not a double, but he’s prettier than most of the doubles I’ve hatched.

I usually don't hatch eggs as I'm not into g1s, but once on Halloween I scavenged three eggs (!!!) so I ended up hatching one. Got a one-off XYY with matching eyes!
