yeah slate definitely isnt the most versatile. i was thinking of getting rid of [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/81438247]this guy[/url] because the last time i scried him his slate sec was giving me a considerable amount of trouble... but i scried him again today and ended up making it work and i really like the new scry :D

i realize i may have strange taste in aesthetics, but it kinda makes sense logically, as all the colors featured (except for the eyes i guess) are complimentary to another color featured. i think he looks pretty neat, like a chimera of some kind. the colors of the heads remind me of a bald eagle and the tail is kinda like a cartoony snake. i was so surprised to find out that brick riot has a mint accent color thats a near perfect match to the one present in several banana genes [emoji=fae laughing size=1]

i love slate, but that's just because i have an affinity for earth tones. the pink accent color does limit the gene options a lot for me, so i definitely understand the difficult aspect of it!

I would've thought tomato/lavender was an unsalvageable combo, but honestly that outfit/skin does a heroic job making her work. (plus matching familiar!) I actually like the effect.
