If anyone wants to help my antisocial butt I'm user #19
Gotta admit I'm still pretty disappointed in how they've decide to go about this but they've already listened to feedback, hopefully they continue to change how the referral system works.

It's similar to Flight Rising bit with wolves. You start with your first pair and build up your pack, bond with companions and do the activities to build up resources. You can play the Campaign and follow four stories, one for each of the packs you can join. YOu can do all four without changing your pack alignment. Chapter 1 is only out so far, but more should be coming.
Farming and Fishing give a big chunk of your food, Mining lets you gather metal ores to use to make bars, and the bars can be made at Crafting into various jewelry and armor, Crafting has a lot of apparel to make and you can make wheels and pickaxes to speed up Mining. Hunting has quests to go on that can bring money, XP and food. Cooking lets you take the raw food items gained elsewhere and make them into other food items that give higher stamina, which is LW's version of food points but wolves will naturally re-build their stamina.
Stamina is used when wolves do activities on site. Campaign uses stamina as well as following the story you can find items and have a chance to get Wild Wolves, Lorwolf's source of Generation 1 pets.

Nest Rentals! I offer Fire nests
here at 2kt a pair, no lunch boxes needed. Warning that I am a 12-hr shift night worker and might miss a day on incubation here and there. :(
Feel free to ping me anywhere! I try to subscribe to threads I create, but pings are always cool.
Hello, question.
I've considered making an account after reading up a bit on the game mechanics. It kind of feels a touch too close to Furvilla's effort level with no real reward for casual play, but I digress. I'm mainly interested in the similarity to FR mechanics. There's a reason I only really remain active on this and one other pet site after trying out a multitude of both large and small sites over the past decade.
I'm concerned about the pvp/pve aspect. Is this mandatory to... do anything in the game? I do like battle systems, hence part of FR's staying power with me after nine years, but if my pets are constantly being beaten down by other players without my ability to opt in or out, that's a definite turn-off for me and I will not play if I'm forced into pvp. I understand there's a campaign mode where you battle npc monsters or whatnot? Is the pvp a required aspect of the game?
