Biography

The Enforcer's "twin", a being who keeps things organized and gets the actual plans underway to achieve the Enforcer's aesthetic goals while they maintain the organized (in a way that only makes sense to them) chaos of their distorted world. In short, they do more actual enforcing and administrating than the Enforcer has ever done. As ruthless and inexplicable as the Enforcer, but supposedly far kinder to dragons and more publicly approachable. They are still feared, but are not as directly despised.

Lore
TheEnforcer wrote:
"Knock knock. It's tax season."

A small family of Ridgebacks curled up into the corners of their home in a desert cave. They'd previously lived in the city blocks around the heart of the Tempest Spire, but had been evicted because they'd been caring for a Shadetouched friend and thus hadn't had time to work and thus pay their taxes. She remained tied up in the back of the cave. It wouldn't be long before the corruption overwhelmed her entirely; she'd already started rejecting draconic food. The clan patriarch shuddered with sharp breaths as he instructed all of his charges to press further against the wall. If they were lucky, the assailant at the door wouldn't notice.

"You do know I can see in the dark, right?"

The Mirror tax collector's wiry build let them slip through the thin entrance to the cave. A flash pf their eyes illuminated their vision in bright purple, easily leading them to the terrified family. They tapped the clan patriarch on the shoulder.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't Zuka, the infamous tax evader." The Mirror scraped their claws against each other as they stared directly at the older silver-toned dragon.

"Please. We only need a few more days. I'm planning to get back to work right next week! Just...leave enough for me to feed my family, please."

The tax collector glanced further down the cave at the trembling bodies of Zuka's mate and their three hatchlings. They narrowed their eyes once more.

"The law is absolute. It's the will of the Eleven that in exchange for you getting to live in their territory, you need to provide a tithe to them. But if you don't have any money, I'm sure we could work out...another arrangement."

Their abnormally long tongue ran over the entire outer surface of their mouth as they relished the upcoming exaction of their will.

Zuka stepped further back, spreading all of his limbs out in an attempt to block the Mirror's access to their family with their body. "Fine. Take whatever you want from me, just don't hurt my family! The Stormcatcher will wreak judgment against you for this one day."

The Mirror made a slow, unimpressed blink. "News flash, scum: Stormy may as well be dead. When you're in my district, you answer to me."

In a single, fluid motion, the Exactor, nicknamed such for their ruthless methods, slashed not through Zuka's heart, but into something deeper. A burst of glowing cyan smoke burst out of his body's core, which the Mirror lapped up, the ghost markings on their body flashing. Zuka's body fell to the cave floor, completely limp and with eyes rendered colorless and wide open. Exactor made a dismissive gesture to the Ridgeback's horrified family.

"You run along now. Just be glad I'm only taking him."

After another day of the tax collection circuit (they hadn't been officially employed, but hey, no one could deny their results), Exactor flew back through Spire City, thoroughly bored. Dragons begging for their families' lives just became so terribly dull after a while. While mired in ennui, they encountered a flash of bright magenta light around the Tempest Spire. Fascinated by it, they approached and glanced up at a hole in the sky, its jagged edges separating it from its surroundings. It was surrounded by serpentine and draconic forms, but none of them made the slightest glance at Exactor as they ascended. Almost as though they were meant to be up there. Once they entered the rift, they found themself in an exquisitely decorated throne room, lined with works of art dedicated to the dragon who sat before them on a black iron throne.

An absolutely beautiful and massive Mirror-like creature on their hind legs. Who looked...just like Exactor. They bowed before the throne.

"My liege."

The dragon on the throne looked down at them and blinked their back two eyes several times in surprise. "Are you who I think you are?"

"That depends. Who do you think I am?"

"You know, I used to live in the Hewn City. I moved here because I grew...bored. I wanted some flashier scenery. But despite all of that, I remained bored. It was never enough. No matter how many souls I absorbed, no matter how many beautiful projects I completed, I always felt like there was something missing. Some part of myself that I'd neglected."

Exactor beamed and excitedly flew up to meet the other dragon's eyes. "I know just the feeling. I work as a...tax collector of sorts, and as much fun as it is to enforce the law, I can't help but shake the feeling that I should be extending my will a bit more directly. And I've been growing bored as well."

The dragon on the throne projected a brief, distorted image. Of a being consumed by the void, and making 2 requests of it. To be able to express themself however they liked and to not let their emotions get the better of them. To maintain total control of themself and their surroundings and maintain their precise, highly exacting standards.

"Do you...remember that? It just flashed into my head when I saw you. Something about your aura..."

"I do now. Enforcer?"

"Exactor?"

Enforcer reached out and picked up Exactor from midair, stroking the smaller dragon's crests as they slowly were consumed by pulsing light and grew to match their own proportions, matching their own halos and second set of wings.

"Holy crap, it really is you! It's so good to see you again, bestie! You don't need to maintain that form anymore, you know. You can be yourself around me."

The two massive dragons, if they could even be called that, rolled on the floor together, embracing each other like hatchlings from the same litter. But they were more than that. They had a stronger connection than any two beings ever could. They were once again whole. And they were the perfect team. They'd work together to make all of their dreams come true from then on.

More than often is it the colorful dragons that are likely the most malicious, I wouldn't trust Exactor with even an inch of my life.

Starting with your front page which has two of your most stunning dragons there! I went with Exactor, because they are absolutely gorgeous, and I especially like how the black wings work with their Pink Noxtide. The battlescale items harmonize incredibly well with the Teal primary, and the halos combined with the hood looks super cool and unique, as well. I just love the vibes they give off, my kudos!

The inkwell feathered wings on the pink noxtide looks amazing. Pink and blue is a combo that always works nicely.

I love how the apparel matches the dragon's colors, and I love the sort of neon goth vibe with the black apparel and wings.

I adore the way you've layered the halos on this dragon, they have a very nice outfit in general.

Exactor just barely wins out above the rest on this page for me, the black feathers against pink wings are just too lovely! The whole page is wonderful though, even the Marva cloaked decor.

A nice simple look that i think works well with them and their colors !
