[/s] Been working on bases and my own personal dragons for a while now, and I think I'm ready to launch a storefront for these! Below are my bases and to the side all my completed dragons so far. You can click on these sidebars for the full-res images. I'm looking for people interested, a price point in USD and G/T, and maybe what to call this style? For reference, the creation of each base was about 2-3 hours, and to go from the base to the final dragon is anywhere from 1-2 hours. idk what to tell you in terms of, actual advice or answering your questions, but I do love them and need to be on a pinglist for when/if this project goes live. the animated ones are AMAZING

These are amazing!! I'd love to buy a commission from you if you opened up a shop! For this level of complexity and polish, I think you could definitely start your pricing at the 1-2kg range, maybe with tiers/addons depending on complexity? I generally see artists doing USD for a little cheaper to incentivize that over FRC, so maybe $20usd/2.5kg each, based on the average price for adopts? (I'm no expert on pricing art either haha) I'm not exactly sure what this style would be called either, but the sharp edges and shapes reminds me of papercraft/paper cut outs a la the styles of Super Paper Mario/Wandersong! These are gorgeous! I have not been playing or getting coms for quite some time so I unfortunately don't have any ideas for pricing but I would love to be notified when these go live!

For reference, I’ve bought animated adopts for 500g-1.5kg each? I think these are definitely 1kg+ tier though! The base alone, idk, maybe 500g+ since it takes you a while? They’re definitely eye catching! :D I think I’ve only seen one or two that have a similar style, those were 200g-750g ish??
I don’t think I’ve seen many adopts at all where the base price went over 1kg, they’re usually more 200-500g range + add ons? But these are gorgeous and ofc you should price them how you want! The animations make them even more unique :D
