@cokebubble I don't think they have a name (I might be wrong) but what I know is that no Staff ever referred to them as an NPC whatsoever. I think they are there purely for aesthetic purposes.

I was wondering where specifically on the map things like the festivals happen or where the fairgrounds are. I mean it sounds like the dragons travel to other places daily but where exactly do they travel to?

Festivals have no specific location as they're worldwide. As for the fairgrounds, I don't believe it's ever been specified where they are but I assume there's multiple spots where it is.

@statue not only are the IDs determined the moment the dragons are hatched but during events that have a lot of hatching, such as ID milestones, people can hatch so many dragons that it overwhelms the server and some IDs are completely skipped. That's why there are some IDs that hold no dragons.

what are the names in quotation marks that occasionally show up in people's bestiaries? i don't think i have any, but i see them in other people's bestiaries both on fams they have and ones they dont.

@hatesprit they're just what those users decided to name those familiars. you can name your own familiars from a dragon's lair page when they're equipped.
