The last row of items is washed out in Firefox (Windows 10). I asked around and it looks like for some others you are able to scroll past that last row so the fade doesn't hide the icons.

Yes, this is a bug, you SHOULD have been able to keep scrolling until the items were well past the fade.
We've put in an alternate solution that should work on all browsers. Please try it now.
