You can find a bunch of premade bio layout here, and I suggest picking them apart to see how they work. Replace an image url, see what changes. See if you can remake it from scratch. See if you can make a mirrored version, etc :)
Start with some simple ones like these: Beloved Basics, Painted Blue
When you're ready for something more complex, maybe look at mibella's templates, they're some of the more complex ones around:

I recolored some of the roses' and did some edits like a thumbnail frame and the crown top (two versions), If you want I can share with you the psd for the thumbnail ^-^ You can see them on Ruusu's bio. Her bio is still a WIP... I need to add more decorations and she needs a story, I'll keep you informed If I make something new for her ^-^
