I guess I hoard rocks and shells, I have a bunch of them on a shelf and I usually grab cool ones that I see?
I also have a ton of art and craft stuff, like bracelet making things.. That's really all I can think of at the moment.

Beanie babies. They were everything when I was little, lol.
Also I collect wine bottle corks from wine that I've bought. It started off with me keeping the cork from the first bottle of wine I had on my 21st birthday, and now I just think it's a neat idea to keep them all. xD Though, the collection is small... for now.

I've just started collecting rocks and fossils! Right now my hoard is small - one chunk of amethyst geode, one chunk of citrine, one smoky quartz (I think?) geode, a small piece of rose quartz I found in my garden, an ammonite fossil, and a polished orthoceras fossil in black limestone. I'd like to get some more, but I need money first. :P
