Have you tried a Meditate build in Harpy's Roost? It works great against the regular monsters (AGI=5 for most of them), but it takes a while to defeat the bosses.
I use Meditate x2, Haste, Rally, Defend twice (since you need Rally Eliminate x5 + Sap x2 against the bosses), then usually Meditate + Eliminate (exhaustion) twice, so there are about 28 turns in total.
Edit: It seems to be faster if you build breath for 6 Eliminate instead.

Maki I haven’t tried yet, but yup, focusing straight on getting Breath for Eliminate (or 2x effective slash if you have a choice) sounds the most Breath-efficient. :)
Since Harpy’s Roost does less damage overall, I can definitely see Meditate working well there. It’s also nice to have the Defend turn against bosses.

Balerion The concept is still the same. Just use the same math with different times.
Usually it ends up leaning towards a slightly higher level (like 5 might change to 6). It's just a simple matter of recording the different times.
