@KyuuBird uhh idk if any of my rambles in here would be considered faithful to your lair lore + my writing sucks but i thought this idea was fun ----- Memory had no recollection of who they were prior to arriving at Sornieth. It is said that the Fae had just fallen onto the chapel's doorstep, injured and ravenous, only desiring a place to rest. The cult thought of this as an opportunity for another worshipper among their ranks, and took them in, nursing them back to health. Memory had always wondered what their life was before. They were hopeful that upon regaining health, too would their memories. Possibly if they were to engage in cult activities more, as well, would the history Memory desired so much would miraculously materialize in their mind. All the others said it would, so it should happen, right? Except, it didn't. The longer Memory survived with the cult, the less they believed their past would resurface. Memory was told that they should wait, let time be their ally. One month, two months, a whole year passed by. Time had failed. The only thing Memory could recollect was the dreaded day they woke up on Sornieth. So Memory fervently hunted for an answer to their problem. If time couldn't regain their memory, they would have to search for it themself. After ages of searching, the Fae finally found an answer: a type of spell that would revert their mind to before the incident. It would mean losing all the memories of their life in the cult, but it was something Memory was willing to lose. Memory found an isolated space and promptly recited the spell. What was their life like before, they eagerly thought? Who were they? Thousands of questions raced through their mind, itchy to find out. Only, they didn't. The Fae soon found out that the past they deeply wanted did not exist. That same evening, unsuspecting cult members found a silver Fae, injured and ravenous, on the doorstep of the chapel. ----- NP, feel free to choose anyone that doesn't have lore in their bio (which is only like two dragons soo)

Drowsily, you lift your head up to listen. After a few minutes, you assume that it was just your tired mind playing tricks on you. You about fall back asleep when you hear the shuffling noise again. Hopping off your bed, you hesitantly open the door to your room and peer into the hallway. That's when you get a whiff of the smell of dust from an attic, a scent that is light, and almost has a nostalgic note to it. It takes your mind momentarily off of what is happening around you, until you hear the sounds of fabric shuffling and small footsteps, along with a small tail slipping into an open room. You suck in a breath at the sight, your heart skipping a beat. Slowly, you creep over to the room and slowly peer inside. Your eyes scan the inside of the room, and nothing seems off at first, everything is in their proper places. Everything except for a luminax plushie that is sitting there on the bed. "How long has that been there?" You think to yourself, but don't get to question it long as the plushie starts moving. It may not have actual eyes, but you could swear that the buttons it has for eyes are burning holes into your skull. The plushie slides off the bed and onto the floor with a loud thump. You take small and slow steps backwards as it starts moving towards you. The plushie gets closer, and closer, and that does it. You quickly turn tail and run away, trying to get back to your room so you can at least put a door between you and the creature pursuing you. You run for what feels like forever, when you finally see the open door of your room. You quickly scramble to get inside, when the door slams right before you can even get inside. You wince at the sudden sharp pain in your skull as you slowly get up from the floor. Seeing the shut door, you panic and try to open it, to no avail. You hear more shuffling behind you; slowly turning around, you see the plushie that was chasing you earlier. The plushie gets closer, and closer, before it lunges at you. ~~~ You shoot up, breathing heavily. You take a look at your surroundings and see that you are safe in your bed, your door is shut, and it's still nighttime. It was all just a really bad dream. You start slowing your breathing down as you rest your head back on your pillow. You start calming down and fall back asleep. You roll over on your side and fall asleep, oblivious to the three sets of button eyes that are watching you from the corner of your silent room. ----- Np: I'd like somebody from this tab done (Except for Orbitz bc they have lore already) ----- @reilybug Thank you!
