I found some time to write up a bit of lore for her! I was going for a scared of their own power kind of thing. It's a little short.
Also Kittymari am I good to copy and paste the Love Potion basic info from her mom's bio?

When you have power, you must use it responsibly. That's what she was always told. She had a beautiful, powerful gift. It had the potential to bring much joy and happiness, but also much pain.
Guard it carefully they told her. Craft it, carry it, and use it only when you're really sure. She devoted her young life to her craft. She traveled out from her home, staying in within the Gladekeeper's realm. She gathered ingredients, testing and trying them, storing away her unique brew, but never using the end result. When anyone asked, she would proudly recite the list of her ingredients.

Despite that, she couldn't shake the feeling there were long last effects. They say to have loved and lost is better than to have never loved at all, but what if that love was manufactured? There one moment in all its passion, then gone the next. Too much and it could crush a dragon from the inside out. She could imagine it all so clearly.
She did her best to keep her brew to herself. The best idea was for her to save it, use it only once she had found a mate. Some dragon who loved her unaided, who she loved and could trust in their love.
Someday she would find someone whom she could use it with, but not yet.
