Only level 20 is needed for Albino Crows for both registry and to claim a unique mark! Normal marks can be used any time though.

While on the one hand it is a fitting aesthetic, on the other it also a good means of protection. These outward pointed thorns are saturated with the Albino Crow’s contagion, which threaten to--at best, “mark” the attacker--or more likely, kill them if they are exposed to repeated doses during their assault. [*][b]Identifying a 1st generation Albino: [/b] Instead of wearing white plumed covers over their wings, they will don the same corresponding colors as their family--Reds for true Effluvials or a wide range of other colors if belonging to the Lessers. It is a little more difficult to know more about the individual through their feathered head ornaments alone, as those are often more telling about their mate than about themselves.
