His spooky vibes are enhanced by the cyan and ruby grasps, while sylvan twists and the little star from the starsilk tailwrap hint at a softer side (perhaps one he shows Archangelica mentioned in his bio?). The soft, smoky parts of his accent especially give him this hazy feel, as if he's a mirage in a forest during a foggy autumn morning. I really enjoy how you've sort of mirrored the bangles in the accent with the copper necklace and bracelets, and how the sylvan apparel pieces you've chosen bring to mind the twisting turns of branches or vines. The little pop of red from the steampunk tail bauble is quite adorable and entirely enchanting, like a fun little gift for those who look at him a bit longer. Yet even with her cheshire grin, there's a calm to her overall vibe. Like calm waters, safe for now but with the promise of turning dangerous once a storm hits. From the vibrant eye and inside of her ear to the gradient of her apparel and the barest hint off it on the tail. Its the detail that truly elevates this dragon, making her shine even brighter amongst a tab of truly gorgeous dragons. I cannot stop thinking of ancient statues and old scriptures when looking at them, they seem eternal and almost unmovable. I'd say this dragon is a testament to the care and thought that seems to have gone into not only them but your lair as a whole. Or perhaps it's the way that the copper and green intermingles in the outfit, neither overpowering the other but still makes the other colour shine. While a lot of the elements of the outfit might hint at wind, there's also an earthy feeling to be found as well. There's a balance to be found here that permeates the whole look from the careful selection of colours and apparel to the vibe itself. I have to say that Koori easily takes the spot as my favourite in your lair. [/columns] [columns] Macia practically oozes a sly kind of cunning, the kind that conducts people with the ease of lifting a claw. Her red colour, like a promise of what's to come. Her accent makes her otherworldly, the starswirl even more so. With the glowing claw tips as an exquisite detail, and the smoke from the ruby jewellery looking again like a promise. I love the unsettling vibe she has, truly she captures the ruthless vibe. Perfect for a warrior! The sandclouds from the accent, a brilliant mirror to the primary, the bones a reminder of harsh deserts. Yet crowned with stars and rare desert flowers. Like beauty found in desolate lands. Theres something wholly ethereal about her, like a mirage gone the moment you look away. [/columns]

I love how mournful the Pearlcatcher female pose is in conjunction with that kelpie mane, and given what you have of her lore, I can't help but think that it still somehow fits. Feinting innocence or weakness to draw in a target, you know? The matching familiar also gets points because it goes with her colors so well! It definitely fits her vibe and color scheme more than an actual Fire dragon, I think, and I love how well her colors complement it (especially those spines). She's definitely a dragon I want to know more about! I adore the dark and regal look, and the beige of her face being surrounded by the darkness of her apparel and accent make her look like a powder-faced noble. Fitting for a diplomat, honestly, and a very good example of a dragon looking the part. The colors and genes are good and the darkness of his eyes really give him an interesting look. And the way you made the thornfell mantle seem like an extension of his armor? Man, it's so good! It is so hard to dress some dragons with genes that have unusual secondary colors, but it really pulls off making her look unique while complementing those fantastically colorful wings. The starsilks were a good addition as and match perfectly! I can perfectly envision him on the beach, and the way his jewelry clinks and clatters. He has so much personality and I love him so much. I adore that skin so much, and I really like how it pairs with her berry safari and umber glimmer; it fits together with them beautifully. She's wearing more apparel than I thought from first glance, but they all work together really well to enhance her overall Plague-y look, rather than obstruct it. I love how the woodtrail and roundhorns work especially. The horns honestly look like they could be part of the skin - and I [i]did[/i] think they were at first! And the woodtrail matches the grassy part at the bottom of the accent. It's giving me an almost overgrown look that I'm always weak for. I just love her <3[/columns] [columns]It might be a liiiiiittle obvious, but I'm a sucker for black/bright green combos. Needless to say, Turel caught my eye the moment I saw him! Glowing Contagion is such a good accent, you're making me want to try finding a dragon for it again, it can fit so many different themes or lore - just as Turel shows! Mithra just fits into an earthy theme really damn well, wow. That accent, by the way? One of my favourite combos as it just tickles the brain in that good way with the contrast between life and death. Imagine my surprise upon reading her lore. From a first glance you'd never guess at her bubbly personality, but I love the contrast it gives her. Her perhaps bordering scary looks with a jovial disposition. And while she might have a lot of contrast in her character her colour palette is a gorgeous blend of cohesive browns and greens with a lovely touch of purple. It really sells that earthy nature vibe so well, all in all such an interesting dragon. And well spirals are always a good choice for energetic dragons, the male pose especially always seems so brimming with energy, always in motion. Pair it with the lovely greens and you have the base for a wonderful wind rep. And on that base you've created a wonderful dragon, with the hints of orange and adding visual interest and the face standing out with the paler mask. Not to speak of how you used the primal eyes for that mind blowing effect, making his eyes look like polished pieces of jade set in the mask. That is one insanely cool ancient!! I took one look and realised I found my favourite ancient ever. You have a superb talent for matching skins with just genes and creating masterpieces out of it. And where to start with Eisheth, the glowing eyes and markings shining out of the void, the fishbone that might as well be part of the skin with how perfect they look together, or the way that the glowing markings on the wing lines up with the feathery texture from flair. Seeing them… I cant imagine a more perfect representation of the dark and unknown. [/columns] [columns] Celeste is stunning, just jaw droppingly gorgeous! The way that the skin intermingled with her genes is just superb and so so interesting. I love how you can see just a hint of the constellation secondary peeking out behind the skin adding extra stars that blend wonderfully together. And the runes practically glowing against the midnight primary, its exquisite! She absolutely encompasses the look of an astronomer, but still part of me can't get the image of a graceful dancer out of my head at the same time. Waltzing under the starlit sky. Perhaps its just part of how absolutely dreamy she looks. Perhaps a pure white might not be ones first idea of something associated with the plague flight, I do find it oddly fitting at the same time. Like sun bleached bones, or viscera upon pale rock. He has such a strong vibe of decay with the boney wings and ragged cloth. Yet the sharp gaze, created by the layering on the head, screams of danger. I find myself intrigued by the mystery of where he might have originated. [/columns]

I like how intensely the scroll stands out because of her dark colors and apparel - which once again match perfectly with her familiar. I love how she is embracing the plague aesthetic yet also is obviously really beautiful (and studious) as well! I like how you build cohesive outfits made of pieces from different sets rather than going the matchy-mathcy route, it works really well and makes each dragon unique. Her lore is really interesting, I could really see her familiar and vulture rattling around! I'm going against my own rule here and choosing a dragon that has a lot from one or two apparel sets - but it works really well on him and even altogether the nebula set isn't overwhelming. I like that his fun orchid jaguar is peaking out a bit from underneath them :) [/columns] [columns] I think my skydancer bias is showing but I can't help it when you have so many beautiful ones! Pond (I love her name!) is so soothing and pretty with her blues and greens and purples. I'm impressed that she has three pieces of festival apparel on, they balance really well and don't make her look overly cluttered. Once again you did a great job matching a familiar.
