Clearing cookies and cache did not do anything for me.
Thank god adblock solved this for me. This site would be completely unplayable without it as you can see:

Cleared catche 10 times the last 3 days. Deleted and reinstalled Chrome. And still issues..
And I cant install addblock plus on my Android..

aaaand it returned for me. it disappeared before three, four days, but now it is back again on PC (using chrome)
This popup issue is still happening.
