1. I don't have a clue.

2. Chasing a troublesome hatchling that ran from training.

3. If Ira Bell is overwhelmed, or can't figure the paperwork out. Ira reads it and helps her understand it. Ira deals more in the plague side of the workload. The plague dragons can see him.

The Clan knows he is there, they can hear him but can't see him. The hatchlings can see and hear him.

When's he's not helping with the Clan Work, he's helping train the hatchlings, for the Dragons Gods.
