Ooo!~ Could you draw a humanized version of this guy?

Just to give you a bit the go on, he's a cocky jerk, and tends to be very arrogant. Also, I'd like him to be wearing an orange hoodie, with a white zipper and strings. I'll give you creative freedom on the rest.

(Unfortunately, I don't have any human reference for him yet, but I'd think he'd look kinda like this, but with orange hair and green eyes. If this isn't enough for you to go on though, I can get a friend to draw a rough sketch of him, but it's unlikely that they will do it.)

Razzine is his lovely, suggestive and flirty assistant. She often flirts with other guys and has drinks with them.
