He's very regal and composed, and is very religious so he drapes himself in seaweed (his deity is the tidelord) and silk. He's snooty and only wears High Quality Fabric. His eyes are blue (like the ocean! Not bluegreen) and his skin is VERY pale. His hair is white and long, you can see the bangs in that ref but the rest is pulled back in a ponytail! It's thin and curls only at the ends. If you need anything else let me know C: (his favorite colors are blue, light blue, and soft greens!)

@Genie Ohhh, Razzine looks perfect! :'D And Dice looks so cool! If it's ok, may I ask one more thing? ;; Could you put two red dots between his eyes on the edges of his eyelids? I figure you wouldn't be able to add the scorpion tail on Dice, but that's ok. If you can't, please do tell me and it'll be ok!
