but I looked in a few hatcheries/dragon selling threads and it seems to be 1:500 ?

or just build off of what chiaryn's started ? * U *
(building off would mean I wouldn't focus on including stuff like the necklace, scarf, emblem, but would use the design in the ref art and build a dress off of that ~)

Yeah, building off chiaryn's design would be best please. Would be wonderful if her accent and dragon colors could be worked into the design of the dress, the dragon apparel is unimportant. Thanks! =P
