When Xebec wanted to visit their sister, Xenia, Xylan joined him without question. He'd been the one to suggest it anyway, and he'd never dream of Bec going off alone. It was impossible to imagine either of them separating for any length of time. Bec could be kind of an idiot, too soft and dreamy for his own good sometimes, but he was still Xylan's favourite dragon. They'd ways been a team. Even apparently in arcane magic completely changing their bodies as they slept on their journey, both awaking in similar long, fluffy bodies. The change was unexpected, and entirely unasked for, but Xy realised very quickly that he loved it. He felt more himself, where he'd felt clunky before, big but still missing some kind of macho-ness, now he felt didn't need that to feel male. He felt more male without it in this slinky body. Telling his sister that she had two brothers, and not a brother and a sister like she remembered, didn't seem such a big deal anymore when their bodies had entirely changed. 
Day 1: After Xebec finally joins them, the three siblings rush to meet their father at his booth. He's delighted to see them, and once all of the initial hugs and excitement are out of the way, he tells them stories just like he did when they were little. Day 3: The triplets meet Sunset and give her their birthday wishes. In the evening, they reunite with Cordelia and Macchiato to watch the stars. Day 4: Xy helps make Xenia's dress-up contest outfit by finding sharp things for claws and spines. He's quickly becoming exhausted though, and once the outfit is complete, he heads over to the hot springs. Here, he meets two young imperial siblings who seem fascinated by him. Watching them, he develops a kinship for them despite himself. Day 5: Xylan brings Mio and Fy to the feast with him. To everyone's surprise, he announces that they will be joining them in the Meristema Clan, and he will look after them. Xy finds the whole situation rather embarrassing. |
