The REAL Pac-Man
Honestly the best Pac-Man villain of all time.
Like #40 acheived around 10/11/22!
Toc-Man is a party animal. He wants his parties to be perfect, but that is a challenge with idiotic ghost henchmen taking orders.
Due to his foe, Pac-Man, interfering, all of his parties had been ruined and he grows angrier each year. Eventually, he swore to ensure that everything was done right, one way or another. A lot of ghosts were either kicked out of his mansion or devoured, soon being replaced with the ones he has now, but he finally did it. He was going to have that party...
Or so he thought.
Again, the ghosts ruined everything. From the wrong flavored cake to the horrible DJ, it was a mess.
20 years, and they still couldn't get it right.
Poor Toc just needs a hug.
And his gold streamers...
Red balloons...
Chocolate cake...
He just wants his party to be perfect.
He just needs a break.
Years pass by...(Re-Pac begins!)
It's been about 40 years and Toc grew stronger.
But his ghosts? Still as useless as ever.
Sure, they made the chocolate cake, but guess what?
They forgot the strawberries!!
How dare they! Stupid idiots!
Toc only isn't stronger, he's also angrier.
And if those ghosts failed him AGAIN..!
They were gonna pay...
...Along with that irritating Pac-Man if he dared crash his party again.

Ive never seen any flavor of Pacman fandragon before this, but I'm so glad this guy here is my first. I don't like Snappers much, but TocMan here is certainly an exception, and probably one of my favorite Snappers overall. The anthro design you have down in his bio is amazing as well, able to call to mind a certain Pacman Fell for lack of a better word. Like if you showed me the anthro design without any context I'd be able to go 'yes, this is a Pacman character.' Very identifiable in the best way possible, keeping the feel of the original design while still changing it and being its own thing.
