Wheeler

Wheeler is a Toc Person with a major disability: His head was built so small that he could never obtain any limbs or otherwise grow like the others. However, his parents loved him just the way he was and insisted that he stay alive instead of being terminated.

Due to his disability, Wheeler also cannot mature mentally, and cannot speak with words. He instead bubbles and beeps and uses his actions to do the talking for him. Not many are able to understand him, but his best friend and idol, Electro, understands him perfectly.

Wheeler was also the only boy to be sent to the Toc World's school for girls, where he made another friend, Trixie. However, he and Trixie are usually picked on by the older girls due to their bond. While Trixie gets emotional toward the bullying, Wheeler doesn't understand and thinks that they're playing. He lives his life with a huge smile on his face and is always filled with happiness.

His favorite possession is a ribbon that he found in school. Electro helped him by tying it around his head and he enjoys to roll around with it blowing in the breeze.
