Citrullus was born to two watermelons Waretelomn and Sandia. Right from young he was told his parents story and was trained to help protect and grow his lineage which he was very found of, alongside his siblings he trained and learned ways of their kind but also about dragon kind. Although they are known for not being the brightest Citrullus was a actually really smart for a watermelon, he read whatever her could find, as well as tying to teach some of his siblings a thing or two. Once it was time for them to set out into the world to find clans, learn and even find mates he was excited to finally see the sorneith. Upon travelling he ran into a variety of dragons, curious about his bright pink and green feathers as most never seen that before, as he explained his background many dragons said there are other 'dragons' like him that are other breeds changed into dragons- which he found interesting.

10/16/2021 After a few months of travel and filing his brain with as much knowledge he could as well as visiting each land, he finally decided to settle in the shadow region, liking the cool shade it provided. While traveling to the land he choose, he bumped into a female nocturne. On first inspection he though she was a melon, being green and pink and all, but after a bit of observation he realizes she is just an ordinary nocturne- but her green and pink colouring gave him a sense of home. They hit it off right away and he soon come to know her as Sangria. Sangria started to grow fond to the little melon as he did to her, and soon they were a mated pair hoping to have their first clutch soon. Citrullus and Sangria fell upon the clan of Mystic Shadows after a long journey and after seeing how open they are to all dragons and other kinds, with some being upon their ranks as well, they decided to join the clan and live. 11/22/2021 Citrullus's first clutch was hatched, they were lucky to have three hatchlings two boys and a girl, all nocturnes just like their mom. They named them after different types of watermelon, and they were taught their ways right from young. Citrullus enjoyed his family and protected them with everything he had, as well as teaching them dragon ways- which they picked up quite well as they were born in this form. Dawn was the first to leave home excited for her new adventure, especially since she was invited to go to the lair that Lantus lives in. Citrullus and Sangria were very happy to know she was going off to a lair that had other melons in it, especially a strong one at that. Estrello was the second hatchling to leave, although he was the youngest of the three he was very brave and excited to get out on his own, he also had a deep connection to the shadowbinder even hearing her voice from time to time- he was proud to be shadow as his grandmother was also shadow origin like him. Bijou was the last to leave the home patch, being the first born he was quite attached to his home and was very wary of leaving, but with going to a clan where his cousin Vardon lives, he felt secure to have a older melon to look up to. 12/12/2021 The second clutch was hatched not to long after the first and they were both excited to have another nest of 3 two boys and a girl - they were all very close right from hatching. Citrullus mate was extremely excited for this one and was the one to name them - since her mate was the one to name the first- she decided to name them after herself in a way; Merlot, Laurent, and Amarone. Amarone was the first to leave the clan, like her other siblings she left to a clan who also had a watermelon resident; Oliver who is Citrullus' nephew. The second to leave was Merlot, like his dad he had a passion to learn and read and has a passion for plants, like his sister her went to a new clan early and another melon lived there as well another nephew of his dad, Melindo. Laurent was the last hatchling to leave the nest, leaving to the lands of Arcane, to learn magic that he has heard so much about. 01/16/2022 The third clutch was hatched during the Creeping frost that was threatening the future watermelons existence, because of this Citrullus was away battling and was unable to attend the hatching of his two daughters- but his mate Sangria sent him a letter telling him everything about them. Cava was the first born and the first to leave the nest, she travelled to a wind clan called the Dust Racer clan. Unlike most of her siblings she did not go to a clan that already has watermelons living there but she was brave and was excited to teach them all she knows. Her mother was worried at first but she taught her everything she needed to know and she knew she could hold her own just like her dad. Maderia was the last two go out of the two, she left to another shadow clan DecemberStar. She was quieter as a hatching compared to her sister but she was very smart and able to think problems out well which made her mom okay with her leaving, especially since she was staying within the shadow realm. 02/02/2022 The fourth clutch was also hatched during the Creeping frost, and this time it was another clutch of three like a few clutches they have before. Both him and his mate decided to name them names they found nice and fits their new hatch. Dynas was the first hatchling to leave the home, his parents were very excited for him to leave as he was going to the same clan as his older brother Estrello, as well as many other melons live there as well. Citrullus felt very comforted that he will be going off to a clan that not only other melons, but his older child as well as they will be able to teach him well. Illyan was the second hatchling to go, he went to a totally new clan in the Light region. Citrullus was happy that the melons were tecking out to new clans to share their melon lineage with every dragon, but he was sad to see him go but he knew he would go on to become a strong melon just like his older melons. Alaula , the last of the clutch and the oldest of the three, decided to stay in the clan with her parents and other melons. Citrullus was very happy to have one of his childern to decide to stay within the clan. 03/20/2022 The fifth clutch was hatched right before the weather turned into spring, it like many others was a clutch of three but this time all boys. This clutch they decided to name them after gemstones, as they find a lot of them in the realm of shadow: Jet, Rubin, and Micah. Jet was the first to leave heading to a new clan , clan Barbieque's, this clan like others had melons located in the clan, so Jet felt eased knowing he would have many older melons to look up to in his new clan. Rubin was the next to leave, he went to a whole new clan that is new to the melon lineage. Miach was the last to leave. 05/11/2022 The sixth clutch was hatched when his brother had to go off back in time to fight an enemy, for the first time the nest had 4 babies, two males and two females. When they hatched Citrullus was happy to see that most inherrited their mothers new gene, with many glittering sparkles around them. The first to leave to a new home is Acacia who left to a new home called StormHeart413, which is also in the shadow realm. The next to go was Cedar. The third to go was Yvette. The next was Nash. 08/02/2022 The seventh clutch hatched was from a singular egg, a first for the pair, a male nocturne was born which they named Cedro 04/19/2023 The eight clutch was hatched, and this time it was a 5 egg nest, the first time they had this many. There was two girls and three boys, and Citrullus decided to let his mate pick the names, she decided to go with a butterfly theme. The first baby, a girl, was named Admira, the second, third and fourth, all boys, were named Dako, Lupi, and Shasto, and the finally the fifth which was a girl was names Zerene. ↞.personality.↠ Citrullus is a very family orientated melon, he values his relations just as much as his parents and will do the same for his hatchlings. He is not afraid to go into battle and protect people or his family and values his friendships dearly. He is very smart for a melon and really adopted to the dragon ways, often his family comes to him for advice or to learn about something they do not understand. He can be quite stubborn at times especially if he is very passionate about something. He has a passion for anything nature, especially collecting/researching/observing butterflies or moths- he loves to travel and record the ones he finds and researches everything about them. ↞.relationships.↠
