The Culex mage is basically the same thing as the glass cannon, but with Int instead of Str. (129 Int, 50 Qck) They've got Rally, Aid, Contuse, and the top-tier elemental attack.
My GW mage has only 120 Int, but 70 Qck and Haste instead of Rally, and I can farm GW forever when she's grouped with two normal Culex glass cannons.
