Guide to the Clan's Guides (Work In Progress)
Theme song: "Eternal Snow"
As a hatchling, barely hours old, she stumbled in on a scrollmaker who was making scrolls of eternal youth. The magic bounded so well, and not even the strongest scrollmaker in Sornieth could reverse the spell. She remains a hatchling forever, but they say her mind should still mature.
Normally, a dragon in the Windflower is considered an adult once they reach level 7, but this will be impossible to her. When she is old enough, they will discuss other ways for her to prove herself.
* * *
Years later, barely months after she should have been a mature lady, her calling struck her. She overheard a dragon muttering to himself about how the f*** he was supposed to get the Blue and Gold Macaw familiar before they were gone for another year, and told him to go see her father who was an expert on Pirate Day collectibles. She realised way too many dragons didn't know everything about the different celebrations of Sornieth, and very many of her kin were experts in one of them. She decided to compile a complete list of the events and the banescales who knew everything about them. For the few holidays that were left, she tasked some willing banescales and the flight ambassadors to host one guide each.
After her holiday guide compilation was made public, a council was held where they decided to acknowledge her as an adult and make the news public along with her first volume of The Holiday Book. More willing dragons have since flocked to her aid, and she has enlisted quite a few too, and she is proud to be the clan's arrow towards the right person to speak with.

FACTS:
She was born with rare eyes, but got innocent and a permababy scroll only 8 hours after she was born. She is the firstborn of both her parents, and the sister of a primal and a facet. She was hatched in Katnipp's ice nest on request of Lisegathe, who owns both parents. She was named Aurora from the princess known as the sleeping beauty because the name is so cute and she is my clan's eternal snow baby.

EVENT GUIDES
Flight holidays celebrate one flight during the last week of each month except December, as there are only 11 flights. Both unique and cycling flight themed items are available for a week, and Joxar's Festive Favours shop is open for trades. These are considered the main events of Flight Rising.
Micro holidays are yearly events with only a few cycling items or a few unique limited items each year. Over the years new items will be added at an irregular interval, meaning some years there will be no additions and the amount of event items will rise very slowly. Some micro holiday items are even available as rare random drops from chests all year round, while they were bountiful in the event.
Big events are events with a great number of available items, where new additions are implemented every year. The number of new implemented items may wary, and the chance of getting older event items goes slightly down each year. Don't worry, with a growing amount of players in general and old players with a hoardful of old stuff willing to trade for new items keeps the balance pretty well.
Sitewide efforts are relatively new, and will get a broader general description once we know more. They typically consist of a storyline where you help out by turning in limited edition items you find all over the site to help achieve milestones and in the end a great reward. All participants in a milestone, and in the event in general, receive valuable rewards. There have currently been only one sitewide effort so far, which led to the discovery of the first new modern breed in some years. If this continues, sitewide efforts will be major game changers every time they appear, but will be super rare and not happen every year. Each sitewide effort will only happen once, and is therefore not a cycling holiday. The reward chests will therefore not include retiring items that will be unavailable for new players. Their storyline linger for all to read even after the event has ended.
