Come on in, I have been waiting for you. Please sit down and I'll tell you about the Crystalline Gala and its items, when they were were last available, which items can be found in Joxar's Spare Inventory Crates and all the rest you came here to know. Feel free to take a look around my den while we're talking.
First of all, this holiday is in the end of January and the holiday currency is Eternal Snow. You find them by gathering in Ice territory. We recommend digging in Ice because that also gives you the nice chance of finding festival chests which contain some of this year's holiday skins. Scavenging also does this, but has a much lower drop chance. Eternal Snow can also be obtained by bonding with familiars and a lot of other common site activities. Ice and neutral enemies in the coliseum may drop both Eternal Snow and, very rarely, festival chests. A set number of holiday skins are only available from Baldwin and the Treasure Marketplace.
In short, any holiday item from 2013 to 2015 are retired and only randomly available trough Roundsey's Raffle Roulette. All holiday items after that is available as a random drop from Joxar's Spare Inventory Crate. A selected few items are available every year for a long time period, and will after this become available from Joxar's Spare Inventory Crate. Any item available from Joxar's Spare Inventory Crates can also appear in Rounsey's Raffle Roulette, though this is very rare. You will have better luck buying them from other players.

Oh, you want to get to know me? I didn't expect that. Well, how do I start? I am quite old, I'm actually one of the oldest dragons there is. I have been all over my homeland, the Southern Icefields, as well as the Sea of a Thousand Currents and the Windswept Plateau. I have spoken to more dragons than I remember, and picked up on diplomatics on the way. I didn't have a particular teacher after I left my home clan. I never had a mate, and I'm beginning to think it's not for me. I've never really missed it anyway. As my parents grew older they wanted to be close in case they needed my help in the future, but that is many years since and they seem to not age one day and I'm happy for them.
When Aurora tasdked me with setting up a guide for Ice's holiday I was first surprised that a hatchling could speak that well and hold so much autority, but I quickly complied. She would have had my head if I didn't. She was quite cute once I agreed, and showed the enthusiasm of a Sunbathed Messenger who just completed their delivery. I don't mind this extra task anyway, as it was basically part of my job already. I'm not sure what you want to know about me, so feel free to just ask.
