Walking through the Starwood Strand in the dead of night, the flowers sparkling and the sound of the universe whispering sweet nothings filling your ears, you notice a gap in the trees out of the corner of your eye. As you enter it, you see a glade that is far from empty. Dragons bustle left and right, bringing in goods from afar, having conversations, practicing magic and sorting belongings.

A beige tundra notices you and walks over. "Welcome to the Orionis Clan!" she tells you with a welcoming tone. "Here we take all kinds of dragons, from all corners of Sornieth." She smiles softly. "It's very late at night. Are you here just for a short visit, or are you planning to stay? I can get you a warm drink and a blanket if you like."

Azari, leader of the Orionis Clan, was not born under the observant eye of the Arcanist. Indeed, he was raised in the imposing Kingdom of Black Ice, as the then-sole heir to the throne of his mother Morgana. But even as a hatchling he held an affinity for the arcane, and it drove him to run away and shed his old identity. After his departure, she began funding experiments on the effects of radiation and excess magic on eggs and hatchlings. Those dragons used for experiments who make it out of lab containment are perfectly welcome to make their home here.

Thank you for the amazing comment on Malory! She is actually my Representative for dragons created through science (since they have no element, poor Bog babies). She is currently the only one representing that "Flight" in the Elemental Court XD
