normally, when you upgrade your lair to a certain point, your lair's title and location change to reflect it. "lesser lair of the crystalspine reaches," for example, changes to "mighty lair of the starwood strand" once it reaches 50 lair spaces. however, i and many others on the site have created their own lore around their clan...and its location. for many who have done this, it can be difficult to change their lair's lore to reflect the change of the clan's location within its flight's territory. i suggest implementing a sort of "change location" option for lairs that unlocks after the first title change. it would allow the user to change their lair's location to any of the previously unlocked areas. since the lair titles do reflect the importance and age of the clan, it wouldn't be very fair to let there be "lesser lairs of the behemoth" and such, since the user hasn't yet put in the money and effort to upgrade their lair enough to reach a more significant place in their flight's territory. however, there could exist an "ancient lair of the wandering contagion" or a "venerable lair of the wispwillow grove." this would allow users who have built an elaborate clan lore to keep their stories intact while still showing the evidence of their larger lairs. i have some examples of what this might look like, done simply with some random users' lairs and google chrome's "inspect element" tool:

Hmm... maybe instead of an automatic move, you are told a 'next tier' of location is available! I can get behind this.

Totally support this. I never want to leave the Starwood Strand, which is making me hesitate to upgrade.

Pings are disabled.

If writers are supposed to "show not tell," why are we called "storytellers" and not "storyshow-ers"?

Not that I have the need, since my clan lore is based around Spiral Keep, it would be a very nice addition and makes the FR world more interesting. :)

Maybe. I think it messes a bit with the lore though. From what I understand, when you upgrade you move to an area that has the room for your dragons. So the reason you don't stay in one area is because theres not enough room.

So, maybe. I'm not so sure though.
