Despite its proximity to Quarantine Zone #128, The Wasteland Refuge receives its fair share of travelers on their way to and from Hellwell Undercroft. A few dragons have ties to groups within #128, but so far no harm has come of it.

WASTELAND REFUGE
The Refuge houses an assortment of healers and researchers, and despite the clan’s remote location, their success stories have spawned a surprisingly active trade network around the territory. Although the clan is generally left to its own devices, Zarim leads by virtue of being its most effective and dangerous healer, an impressive feat for a Fae. Her exact methods are kept secret to all but her closest assistants, and the rest of the clan can only speculate as to what they are. However, the vials of blood required on entry to the clan lend to many of the theories that Zarim uses blood magic. Considering everything else that goes on the Plaguelands, these theories don’t do much to deter prospective clan members, and the Refuge grows larger each day.

ROTROCK VANGUARD
Contrary to their name, members of the Vanguard haven’t lived within the Rotrock Rim for years. Once a thriving, if zealous, Plague clan, it fell into ruin at the hands of Pestilence, the strongest Carrier they’d ever encountered, and perhaps ever will. Their numbers dwindled as each confrontation brought more fatal ailments. When at long last they’d driven the Ridgeback away, the Vanguard too moved on. Knowing Pestilence still lives and spreads a perversion of Plaguebringer’s lessons, the Vanguard clan works with others in Quarantine Zone #128 and seeks to create something not even the Carrier can overcome. Whether it kills them in the process is of no consequence, so long as Pestilence falls with them.

I wanted to apologize for my comment on the Imperial Scrolls thread. I was not aware that Staff had outright said that there would be no G1 Imps born anymore. I had heard that there would be no more Imp Breed Change scrolls due to them being kickstarter only-- but I failed to realize that Staff's stance had extended to all G1 Imps. Thanks for informing me.

it’s so funny that you picked Lazaran for Prettiest Dragon Above You, because I actually bought him after I chose his sister in the same thread from someone else and saw she had siblings still on the market :’) pretty runs in the family, I think HAHA
