Eunys surveyed their group with interest, but was disheartened to see that that other Ridgeback, all in silks, wasn't here. She'd expected
fun on this trip. Or Pinky Fluff, it would be interesting to see her try to survive in the Wasteland.
Still... her group seemed fairly interesting nonetheless. A one-eyed Tundra, a strange Nocturne, all dressed in red, red and more red, some Ice Queen by the look of it, and yet another haughty Nocturne. She gave him a grin when his eyes fell on her, taking care to show
all her teeth. But haughty he may seem, but the Nocturne was right - there was no point in dawdling around. Eunys tucked her potion away under one of her wing wraps, wishing her clan had taken to being more
practical about their chosen apparel - a pouch or two never hurt anybody, but
no, the best they got was rags to wrap around themselves. It was symbolic, or something.
But before she was about to set step on the road, Eunys felt like something needed to be sorted out first.
"Hey, Red-and-Blue," she called out to the two Nocturnes already making their way down the road (and cringing internally at the nicknames, but it was the best she could come up with right now).
"We just going to go in a single file? Whatshisname did say this road might be safer, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't plan. We're the think-aheaders, aren't we? So I'm proposing we think first." She grinned again, for no particular reason other than the fact she liked to do that.
"What are you two good at? What are the rest of... us good at?" She nodded at the two Nocturnes first, and then at the rest of the group.
"I know what I'm good at," she added, raising one of her hands to demonstrate her claws,
"but what can the rest of you do? We need to know before we go anywhere. What if some Beastclans jump us, and all we have at our front is a couple of non-fighters, who go down to the first spear thrown at them? What if one of us steps into something like that puss pit cause they can't see where they're going? We need to know what each one of us is, so we stand at least any chance of getting to the Mother."
