I got into wanting to keep progen offspring because of a couple of lucky coincidences.
I hatched Carnelian, who is descended from my progens. Then hatched his uncle Fortune a short while later, and then I bought Kaheru from a writer's group. It was only when I looked at them that I realized they were 2gens from Progens or progen descendants. So clearly that meant I should put them together as a coli team.
I've had a great deal of fun making x99 challengers out of them and building relationship lore in the process. But now I want to fix up a couple of broken progen trios I have and help include some different lore and make more inter-Clan alliances.

While I loved trained dragons, this thread is for trios I can train up together. So while I'll love seeing your level 15+ dragons, I probably won't want to buy them because they'll make their team really lopsided, or take that much longer to balance. Show them off anyway! But do so cautiously because for great lore, I can make pretty much anything fit, even if I have to stop and train up their companions.
Breed isn't really important, but I like fae/mirror/guardian/tundra dragons in no particular order of preference. If your progens are both pearlcatchers/ridgebacks/imperials now, that's absolutely fine and very cool, show me babs!!!! But do take into consideration the canon breed's traits about other dragons when devising how they got to me, because breedchanges might be in their future.
I'm not too terribly fond of male Spirals, male Pearlcatchers or Snappers in general (an awesome Snapper bab would still get bought, but it's so getting breed changed if I can make the story fit it). But feel free to toss them up here anyway!
Genes are also not that important. Since these guys are all going to be "working" I don't doubt they'll be able to afford their own genes. That being said, having genes already does make my head turn favorably in their direction but is by no means a requirement (feel free to suggest things with scrys though). Lore trumps genes. But I've already had one exception join the pack, so I'm sure they'll be others.
Your Lore doesn't have to be big or coded or deeply tied into all your Clan's dragons. But I do want to know how to integrate your progen bab into my family, and have a fresh FR perspective to play off of while I do it. If your Clan/dragon has NO lore or basic outline/plans/general idea for lore, I can't do anything with that progen bab. Genes won't save a blank-slate dragon except in really special circumstances (i'll let you know when they happen).
In general I'm also looking also for non-Wind Flight Alliances, because my clan is nomadic and with new Clans being founded every couple of weeks, they're starting to feel a bit hemmed in. We wander all across the Windswept Plateau with regular Gathering forays into neighboring territories (our Nesting Grounds are securely guarded in the Reedcleft Ascent!).
And when I say gathering forays, I mean we drop a battalion of about 30 dragons into an area at a time for scouting, hunting and temporary camping. We're in, we're out, but we clean up before we leave. But we'd much rather not pick over already freshly hunted ground, or get into a scuffle with any resident Clans at the same time (you might win, but we make sure it's a Pyrrhic victory first).
We've got a heavy interest in practical magic, art (metalworkers, functional artistry) diplomats and healers are very welcome), big game hunting, our current campaign of local extermination with a few Beasclan types, Second Age artifacts and fealty to the Windsinger. Make of that what you will.
These dragons are really unlikely to be mated to each other, so don't worry about trying to pair them up/match colors/match genes/breed/anything like that.
