This hub is meant to serve as an opportunity for clans to connect with one another, either through small interactions (having your fortune read by a member of another clan) or through forming long-lasting alliances (perhaps you run into a new friend at one of Tempest Refuge's many taverns). While the market stalls and other shops are run exclusively by members of the wind flight, dragons from all flights are welcome to visit!

The Tavern
Of the many watering holes that have popped up across the city, Windsinger's Rest seems to be the busiest. Inside, musicians play traditional wind flight melodies, as dancers weave about the floor. Dragons are crowded into booths and tables, watching the show, while on the other side of the room, bartenders rush to accommodate the sheer volume of drink orders.
