An elegantly detailed piece, the wagon is decorated in shades of bright white and gold. Dragons and landscapes scrawl across the wooden sides. A similarly decorated awning is slanted over the street side of the wagon, held up by thin wooden poles. The wagon door is open, revealing a vast array of silks, dresses, coats, and accessories. Every color imaginable lays there, organized into a scattered rainbow. There is a sign staked by the street. The scrawling letters are painted with care, scrawled elegantly and edged in gold. His hands are busy pulling thread through an embroidery circle, managing the small stitches with extreme care. "Hello there, traveler," His voice is songlike, sunny, "I am Vedaal, here to offer my services as a Raquinta dresser." His eyes sparkle at your curiosity. He sets aside his work and walks elegantly toward you. "Never heard of the Raquinta? Golden dancers gliding across the stage, dancing like the sands of the desert. And it's my job to make them beautiful. Now, it is my job to make you beautiful as well. I offer two services. "You may [b]ask me to design you a new outfit[/b] to try on in my dressing room. I will need a theme, something important to your story, a set of your favorite and least favorite clothing, or some mix of the three. Then, I will make your outfit, and you may use the design as you wish. "Unfortunately, [b]I cannot give you the clothing myself,[/b] I simply do not have enough to share," Vedaal shrugs with an apologetic tilt to his head. "The second service is simply my eyes and opinion. [b]You may ask me to review an outfit you have created[/b], and I shall give my honest opinion. "For both services the [b]first two in an order are free[/b]. Three or more and I'll have to request a [b]small fee of 10,000 gold pieces.[/b] For more than five outfits, I'll refer you to the back of the sign for prices. "Of course, if you'd like examples of my work, you may find them in this book here," He motions to a tome that nearly vanished into the side of the wagon. It is a fine tome, bound in leather, and contains detailed sketches of his previous designs. Vedaal settles against the wagon, the jewelry on his limbs jingling softly with his movement. His smile is still soft on his face. "So, what wish you, Traveler?" The back of the sign is scrawled with a similar script as the front, smaller and not gold edged. Every medium from graphite to watercolor has been used, and the result is a piece of art beyond a simple sketchbook as it has been presented. The pages each contain a different outfit, a list of the apparel used, and a small scrawled note from Vedaal. He shifts through the stacks of fabrics and silks, pulling various pieces aside, sorting them into two piles. He spends some time sorting through the piles, and then motions the two ladies forward. "If you would, please try these on," he hands the outfits to the ladies, motioning to a small space in the wagon. "The dressing room is yours." Gwen goes first, changing into her outfit. "Working from purely an image may be a bit difficult... but I'll see what I can do. Do give me a short while to complete a few sketches, and return before sunset to receive them." The seamster retreats to his chair, digging absentmindedly through a small bag underneath it. He draws out some art materials and a fresh drawing board and paper. When Parvo returns later that eve, Vedaal greets him with the same enthusiasm as when they first met. "I apologize, first off. I could not settle on only one outfit, so I have designed two. I hope you don't mind." He hands Parvo two beautifully rendered sketches, both with their own small notes.
