Not sure if this idea was mentioned already or not, but what about Filigree? It's the swirly, curly, elegant line designs. It could be like lace, but instead of the outer part of the wings, it will swirl from the inward part out.

probably has been suggested a thousand times over, but just a simple layer of glittery dust or something over the dragon's body. not a flat texture but more... hmm, like smirch but with little points rather than the lines, if that makes sense. still keeping the gradient, though. maybe spread out a little more evenly.
it'd be called 'dusted' or something like that, 'glitter' is a nice name but there'd be too much confusion with glimmer haha

I would like to propose a tertiary gene that could be called 'Bandit' or 'Mask'. It's inspired loosely by both the domino mask common of superheroes as well as the markings of sable mask ferrets/black-footed ferrets. In short, the tertiary color will create a band across the face that covers the eyes as well as creating the appearance of 'gloves' and 'boots' on the dragon. The tail may or may not be affected - I vote not, but I'm not the one who'll get the gene finalized.
Actual mockups to follow much later, when I can get my tablet running, but for now, here are some pictures of sable mask markings and black-footed ferrets to help show what I mean.
