It may need to be slightly smaller in areas (Spines doesn't extend very far--to minimize apparel clipping issues, but I do like this.

I also like this, but I don't feel any gene should replace existing lineart (because of clothing and skins). This should work -with- the pre existing manes and spines instead of replacing them entirely.

These look great! My only concern would be how they would clip with dragons wearing accents/skins. Spines do the same thing, but since they're small, it's not as noticeable.

@chespin lets not forget gem bond.
Not only does it go past the lines in certain places (ex wings on female imps) but many accents have to have completely alternate version made for them to be gem bond friendly.
I can understand apparel clipping, but with skins/accents thats obviously already an issue more than one gene has. (quite a few accents look super bad when crossed with certain genes despite being beautiful with less cluttered genes).
