I'd like to see a Spots gene - kinda like Gembond except: a) the spots are flat, not gemstones, and b) the spots are evenly distributed over the body, like a Dalmatian.

What about a gene like a rorschach or blotch test?
I suppose it could also be a Primary and Secondary gene as well. Could even be named Rorschach and Blotch

While not a specific gene suggestion, I would love to see more tertiaries that don't appear on a dragon's face or head.

I would kill to see something with fins, honestly. I think it would look absolutely wonderful with iridescent and shimmer, maybe even clown!

Another thing I think would be cool is "albino", sort of like stained but it dulls the colors A LOT to nearly not there, like in other animals
