I wouldn't be against it a few years down the line, but I'm not sure how you would even design them to work on the majority of poses. How do you put a surgical mask on a male ridgeback, coatl, or bogsneak? I feel like plague doctor masks fit much better both thematically and anatomically.

I can understand where you're coming from. It's a cute idea at first glance. But I have to say absolutely no support. Aside from how difficult it would be to make a modern mask look good on a dragon...I'd really rather not have references to a pandemic in my virtual pet game. Like, I'm going into teaching in the US. Yesterday I notarized my will, as teachers were recommended to do by the DoE. I'm in my early twenties and I just notarized a formal will. That's terrifying.
The pandemic is absolutely terrifying, and a lot of us are putting our lives on the line in real life. But I'd rather not be reminded of that in the game I go to so I can escape from that reality.

This is bad timing, I really don't want to see reminders of current events around the sites I like to use as a distraction. No support for now.

Sucks that the timing would be awful for this to come out (As this is a game that people come to to relax and forget real-world issues- having masks in-game rn would just be another reminder of such issues)
But after the virus is contained and its been a year or two, I would love to see dragon masks! I think that it would be nice to be able to have different kinds of medical worker type dragons (I mean, we do have a Plague flight, so why not more styles of medical attire?)

Much like hat17 I was initially thinking along the lines of masquerade masks, or the full face mask type thing and think those would be cool to add. I know we have several masks, but more types are fun. I'd love more masquerade type masks other than the phantasmal halfmask, or something similiar to the butterfly mask. We have three festival item masks, it would be nice if all flights had mask themed apparel

Yikes, no thanks. I use FR to escape the solitude and fear of a pandemic, I don't want a constant reminder of what I and everyone else went through. Just use rogue masks if you're really wanting a pandemic dragon...

[color=indigo] I'm down for masks. They don't need to be explicitly medical masks since some people see that as a touchy subject in current year, but the kind of masks that an edgy assassin character might wear to hide their identity. Like what my current avi has (the rogue mask set), but without all the neck, since that's a little silly for a mask to have. Of course they could be used for doctors too, or any other character who might want a mask.
Something like what Akali is wearing here, but adapted for dragons of course.
