Important info / Terms of Service for USD orders

- For all USD orders contact me through the PM system here on Flight Rising.

-USD orders will take priority over FR currency orders, and will be completed first.

- Payment is required first, through Paypal.
-You must be of legal age or have permission from a parent/guardian to use their account. Using a paypal account illegally can cause problems for the customer and the artist, so please don’t do it! Please read Paypal's TOS if you have further questions on their rules and regulations.
- Please keep in mind that I will be including the Paypal Fee Tax on all orders, as of now it is $0.45
- Wait for me to confirm your order here on Flight Rising. I will need your Paypal e-mail in order to send you the payment invoice. You may PM your e-mail to me after I’ve confirmed your order.
- These orders DO NOT include physical copies of the product, please do not expect any shipment of physical items.
- A PNG file can be provided to you via email by request, they will also be uploaded to my DeviantART at Stormjumper19 and can be seen in my "Pixel Dragons" folder in my gallery.
- If you are ordering more than one pixel you may pay for each separately or as a batch. Keep in mind if you are paying for multiple separately I won’t start on individual pieces until they are paid for.

- Only adopts for FR dragons. I am not making custom pixels, I am making the adopts above as advertised.
-Cost of one dragon adopt is $5.00 USD
-You may order up to 4 dragons in one order. (So 4 dragons with no add-ons would be $20)
-One slot per person at a time.
-Includes any genes, and a simple/moderate accent/skin.
-Any additional add-ons can be discussed through PM
-No overt religious/political symbolism. And definitely nothing racist, sexist, etc.
-Mild gore/bloody clothing is fine.

Add-Ons in addition to what is listed above
Extra genes: $0.55 each
Extra apparel: $0.35 each
Extra skin/accent: $1.75 each
More complex skin/accent: $0.50 to $1 depending on complexity, each

- If I ever alter my prices, anyone already in my queue will not be affected. When I give you your confirmed price after your order that is the cost unless you wish to make changes before final payment is sent.

- My pixel dragons only come in one size; the size that is pictured above. No resizes are available.

- You may use the pixels as you like, however you are not allowed to remove my ID #, claim it as your own work, or alter the image in any way.
-You don’t have to link back to me or my shop if you use the pixels off-site, but it is much appreciated!

- I reserve the right to decline business with suspicious/untrusted identities. If your online identity seems suspiciously empty/impersonal, or if I've found reports of payment problems associated with your identity, I may decline your order. I'm sad that this rule is necessary at all, but unfortunately the internet is still full of scammers.

Time Frame

- I will place an estimated completion date after your order in my to-do list as a goal for when your commission should be completed.

- A general time frame is 1-2 weeks from receiving your payment, which allows me the time I need to do these around my real life activities.
- If my real life activities are going to cause a delay I will let you know as soon as I know!
-If you have any questions, concerns, or would like an update on progress I will answer as promptly as I can. I don’t normally disappear, especially if I have obligations. If I do disappear for a while something pretty bad likely happened.
-Refunds can be discussed in the event of excessive delays.

- If I seem to have forgotten your order and/or you notice it missing from the queue, please contact me! In the event that your order has become overdue, we may discuss either a refund or compensation bonus art! (I will first check payment history on paypal--if i can't find your order, I'll have to assume that you never paid & thus were never supposed to be on the queue to begin with)
-Refunds are not available after completion and delivery.
