It's possible that that specific instance occurred as a result of this bug that's been recently causing a small portion of users to be pinged occasionally for a period of time after being removed. At the moment we're trying to get in contact with the coder of the GASP site to resolve that issue. Apologies for the inconvenience! It isn't necessarily the same issue for your other mispings though - I don't know enough about them to say either way ^^;
