You currently have two entries in GASP, each with different preferences. Would it be alright for me to just delete those entries and then for you to just resubmit the form for simplicity's sake?

Thank you so much for the report! We're currently trying to contact the GASP site's coder to resolve the caching bug that's causing those occasional mispings. For what it's worth, it appears that the small portion of removed users affected by this bug are finally properly phased out after about two months. So sorry for the inconvenience!! I wish I had a more definite answer to give you D:
